Indication

Great rattling of mucus but very little is expectorated. Velvety feeling in chest. Bronchial tubes overloaded with mucus. Coughing and gaping consecutively.

Mode of Action

  • Antimonium Tartaricum 6x: Hollow cough with rattling of mucus in the chest, with vomiting of food.
  • Ipecacuanha 6x: Cough catching the breath, dwing attacks the chill gets quite stiff.
  • Hepar Sulphur 6x: Cough caused by a limb getting cold.
  • Kali Bichromicum 6x: Snuffes of infants, chubby, little babes, where there is a tough, stringy discharge from the nose.
  • Pulsatilla 6x: Shaking cough, principally in evening at night or in morning.
  • Rhus Toxicodendron 6x: Cough with vomiting of food, with shaking in chest and head.

Dose

10 Drops with 1/4th cup water 4 times daily. In chronic condition 4-6 times daily.
