• Natrum Arsenicicum has marked action on runny nose. Watery discharge from nose drops into the throat. Feels obstructed. Pain at the root of the nose. There are dry crusts in the nose which when removed leaves the mucus membrane raw. There is also post nasal dropping of thick, bland, yellowish mucus.
• Natrum Arsenicicum also helps in eye affections like sore eyes due to catarrhal conjunctivitis. Eyes feels weak and painful. There is tendency of drooping eyes lids, with stiffness of eye balls.
